JMJ School – Admission Information

Admission Details

Admission is open for classes KG to Class X for the academic session 2025–26.
A student will be admitted only after submission of a Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
Admission for Class I to X is subject to:

  • Qualifying the entrance test

  • Availability of seat(s)

The admission is also subject to the following conditions:

  1. Verification of the Original Birth Certificate.

  2. Submission of the Original Mark Sheet of the last exam of the last class attended.

  3. Transfer Certificate (for Classes II and above) duly countersigned by the District Elementary Education Officer.

  4. Payment of admission fees within the prescribed date.

  5. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms will be rejected.


Registration

  • The duly filled Registration Form must be submitted to JMJ School along with all required documents and the registration fee before the last date of submission.

  • Applications submitted after the last date will not be considered.

  • The Registration Form is non-transferable, even for siblings, and only the form issued by JMJ School or downloaded from the school’s official website will be accepted.

  • Parents are advised to carefully go through the fee structure, transport facility, and prospectus before filling in the form.


General Rules

  1. Amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year or towards a sibling’s fee.

  2. Advance fees for the whole year may be deposited at the beginning of the session.

  3. Annual, education, and transport fees will be linked to the price index and may increase by 10–18% at the start of a new session, as decided by the JMJ School Board of Management.

  4. Admission does not guarantee transport facility.

  5. Transport routes may be changed as per school requirements.

  6. The school reserves the right to withdraw bus facility if any student or parent is involved in verbal or physical abuse with the drivers. Such actions may also lead to expulsion.


Admission Procedure

  1. Admission formalities will be communicated to the parent/guardian of selected candidates along with the fee payment slip.

  2. Admission fees must be deposited within 5 working days from the date of receiving the selection letter.

  3. All required documents (as mentioned in the selection letter) along with photocopies of fee slips must be submitted by the specified date.

  4. It is mandatory for all students (Class II onwards) to submit the Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.

  5. No student will be admitted without an official Transfer Certificate, and no student will be placed in a class higher than indicated in the Transfer Certificate.

  6. Fees once paid at the time of admission are non-refundable.

  7. The JMJ School Management reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters related to admission.
